Virtual ACS Kids Zone

Explore the wonders of chemistry with the online Kids Zone science event featuring Miss Camille Schrier — Miss America 2020 — and more distinguished guests. Host Bibiana Campos Seijo, Editor-in-Chief of Chemical & Engineering News, will lead viewers through four different virtual hands-on activities conducted by popular STEM advocates. This #ACSKidsZone event for ages 10+ will be offered in two languages.
Mollie Enright will be leading an Earth Friendly Plastics Invention Demo based on Beyond Benign’s own Ocean Plastics Outreach Activity and Chemists Celebrate Earth Week 2020: Protecting our Planet Through Chemistry Issue featuring an article from Emma Corcoran and Jane Wissinger from the University of Minnesota on Earth Friendly Plastics.
