Prairie View A&M University
The Department of Chemistry has several Faculty members already involved in Green Chemistry focused research. We are in the process of creating two new courses in Cosmetic and Environmental Chemistry and both of these courses will be centered around the Green agenda. Future collaborations will be grounded in more sustainable research methods. The 12 Principles of Green Chemistry will be the foundation for research projects initiated by ours, students and Faculty.
