Goals
Short term goals are to start incorporating greener labs into our teaching labs and to create a stand-alone introduction to green chemistry course.
Long term goals are to engage the student population in 1) modifying existing labs to make them greener, 2) creating new labs to replace current labs, and 3) designing innovative research projects around green chemistry. In addition, we’re hoping to leverage the connection with our high school partners to host outreach events targeted towards spreading green chemistry awareness.
