Implementation of Green Chemistry
The Chemistry department at Green River will be working to green the organic chemistry labs and add in the green chemistry learning objectives into their general chemistry prep laboratory experiments this summer.

Goals
i. Revise our experiments to use the minimum amount of reagents possible.
ii. To reduce the hazardous reagents used in our experiments. When possible, we are shifting hazardous labs into a simulated lab space to limit hazardous waste production.
