Montclair State University
The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at Montclair State University has been actively engaged in Green Chemistry education since the early 1990’s. In addition to offering an advanced undergraduate course in green chemistry, they have a continuing commitment to the integration of green chemistry principles into as many laboratory experiences as possible for their students. Their chemical literature course, which is required for all chemistry and biochemistry majors, has green chemistry as a major theme, providing students with significant exposure to the past, present, and future of research and development efforts in green chemistry.
