Our Green Chemistry Commitment Signer University of Toronto and their Green Chemistry Initiative are organizing the 8th Green Chemistry Initiative Symposium from May 18th – May 19th, 2023 . Entitled Designing a Green Future: Opportunities for Green and Sustainable Chemistry, this symposium will revisit the fundamental principles of Green Chemistry to better guide new developments in sustainable chemistry as well as the implementation of sustainable practices in research.

This year’s Symposium will include a research poster session and seminar talks Green Chemistry leaders in Canada, including our Higher Education Program Manager, Dr. Nimrat Obhi.

Registration opens on January 16th and travel scholarships to contribute towards commute and accommodation expenses are available.
