Foster critical thinking and creativity with your students as they examine phenomena safely with lab materials that can be supplied from your local grocery store. Explore technologies such as: recylced ocean plastic sneakers, renewable energy, safer dyes and biodegradeable packaging.
Participants will be introduced to Beyond Benign’s open access resources along with our new Pacific Northwest centric microsite with resources designed by K-12 OR science teachers developed through the support of Oregon Department of Environmental Quality.
Help us to grow the community of K-12 green chemistry educators by joining us and contributing your ideas to the group.
