Girls Inc is hosting their annual SMART (Science Math And Relevant Technology) Girls Summit for middle school girls in Lynn, MA. The goal of this event is to increase interest and participation in STEM. Beyond Benign will be leading a workshop on creating solar cells using the green chemistry criteria. The event will also feature workshops facilitated by other STEM organizations, and a exciting demonstration from the Museum of Science.
