The Chemistry and Biochemistry Department at Adrian College is committed to integrating green chemistry principles throughout the curriculum. Beginning with general chemistry, students are introduced to green chemistry concepts in the laboratory, establishing a foundation that continues through organic chemistry and other advanced coursework. Chemistry majors have opportunities to engage in green chemistry research, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to meaningful scientific work.
