Description: The Green Chemistry Teaching and Learning Community (GCTLC) is a new online platform that provides a central location for the green chemistry education community to connect, network, collaborate, learn, share and grow together. Launched in October 2023, the GCTLC includes a searchable database of over 300 linked journal articles and open-access, peer-reviewed curriculum resources (including greener lab experiments, lecture modules, assessments, in-class activities, tutorial videos, podcasts, and more), an events calendar, a job board, discussion forums, and more.
As a platform created “by the community, for the community,” the GCTLC’s structure, format and content have been deeply influenced by the education community. To ensure that community voices continue to guide its direction, the GCTLC seeks a new Chief Editor to help oversee the peer review process and overall direction and future of the GCTLC’s growing library of high-quality educational resources.
